We are seeking Property Sales Consultants (Female Only) with 1 year of experience in real estate, ideally in the Dubai market. If you are a results-driven professional with a strong sales off plan background, deep market insight, and the ambition to earn big, this opportunity is tailored for you. This role offers a stable salary plus one of the highest commission structures in Dubai real estate - up to 65%.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and convert new leads through networking, cold calling, emailing, and digital channels.
Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top developers across Dubai.
Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and compelling client presentations.
Advise clients on market conditions, legal guidelines, investment opportunities, and ROI.
Maintain and grow your client portfolio with exceptional service and follow-up.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate laws, trends, and new project launches.
Consistently achieve monthly targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate off-plan sales experience (Dubai market preferred).
RERA Certified or willing to become certified.
Outstanding communication and closing skills.
Deep understanding of off-plan and luxury real estate markets in Dubai.
Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi is a bonus).
UAE driving license and own car will be an advantage.
Female candidates will be preferred.
