What You'll Do
Develop and execute
strategic sales plans
to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire
a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional performance.
Build and nurture
strong, long-term relationships
with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Identify and capitalize on
new business opportunities
and emerging market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to elevate
client experience and brand visibility

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (
MBA preferred
).
1-5 years of sales experience
, including at least
2 years in a leadership role
.
Proven track record of
driving sales growth
and managing top-performing teams.
Strong
leadership, communication, and negotiation
skills.
An existing
network of brokers and real estate partners
is a distinct advantage.
