Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Property Manager
to oversee the operational, financial, and tenant-related aspects of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal occupancy, timely rent collection, and proper maintenance of properties while maximizing profitability and tenant satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. Manage leasing processes including tenant sourcing, screening, lease negotiations, and renewals. Ensure timely collection of rent and enforce lease agreements. Coordinate maintenance and repairs; manage service providers and contractors. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper upkeep and compliance. Handle tenant complaints, disputes, and requests professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate property records including contracts, expenses, and tenant files. Prepare and manage budgets, expense reports, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with local property laws, safety standards, and landlord-tenant regulations.
