We are looking for a

Property Management Officer

to support the Property Manager in managing assigned residential and commercial properties. The role involves tenant coordination, rent collection, maintenance supervision, compliance with SOPs, and coordination with accounts and legal teams to ensure smooth property operations and high tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with

tenant move-ins and move-outs

, renewals, and exits as per SOP. Follow up on

rental collections

, cheque replacements, and bank transfers in coordination with Accounts. Coordinate

property maintenance

, snag lists, inspections, and approvals with vendors. Liaise with

accounts, administration, and legal teams

for DEWA bills, service charges, Ejari, tenancy contracts, and RDC matters. Ensure compliance with

UAE tenancy laws, Fire & HSE regulations

, and company policies. Prepare

move-in/move-out reports

, occupancy reports, and monthly performance updates. Support BOQ confirmation during project and post-project stages. Address tenant complaints and assist during emergencies with approvals.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration

, or related field. Knowledge of

UAE tenancy laws, Ejari, DEWA, and property maintenance

. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Valid UAE driving license and own car is mandatory

. English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
