Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Management Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, handling lease administration, providing exceptional customer service, managing property maintenance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with sales teams, managing tenant inquiries and complaints, and keeping accurate records of all property-related activities.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in property management and lease administration Ability to work effectively with sales teams Excellent organizational and time-management skills Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in relevant property management software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
