Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Operations Executive to manage the daily operations of our short-term rental (Airbnb-style) properties located in Al Mamsha, Sharjah.

This role involves coordinating guest services, managing third-party service providers, and ensuring smooth operational execution in collaboration with both local and overseas teams.

Key Responsibilities:


- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes and ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Coordinate with cleaning companies, laundry providers, and maintenance vendors.
- Ensure properties are guest-ready and maintained according to company standards.
- Act as the on-ground point of contact for operational issues and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and communicate with overseas support teams as required.
- Track and report operational activities and service issues.

Requirements:


- 2-3 years of experience in short-term rental operations, Airbnb management,

hospitality operations, or property management

.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and operational tasks independently.
- Valid

UAE driving license

is mandatory.
- Must have own valid

UAE visa

.
- Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and hospitality service standards is preferred.
