We are currently seeking a
dynamic and proactive Property Management Executive
to join our growing team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for real estate and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day property management operations for residential and commercial properties.
Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and handle lease renewals or terminations.
Maintain regular communication with property owners and tenants to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Manage maintenance requests, service providers, and ensure timely completion of repairs and inspections.
Monitor rent collections, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting related to property performance.
Conduct property visits to ensure maintenance and presentation standards are upheld.
Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and RERA compliance requirements.
Collaborate with leasing, finance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless property management experience.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in property management or real estate operations (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing procedures, and facility management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to professionalism.
