One of our group company which is into Real Estate brokerage is looking for the below position.

This vacancy is with a local group for the position of Property Management Executive in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative matters relating to new rentals, tenancy renewals and ensuring highly levels of tenant occupancy along with timely payment collections. The successful candidate should have a minimum 2-3 years property management experience in Dubai, have excellent English speaking and writing skills and be highly proficient in excel and word.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Meet Tenants in Office to sign the Tenancy Contract, collect Payments and other relevant documents to execute the Rental.

- Send Renewal notice to Tenants prior to expiry of Tenancy contracts as per company policy.

- Manage and update Tenancy information in the CRM system (Happy Tenant).

- Generate new Tenancy contracts and Terms and Conditions for new Rentals and Renewals.

- Prepare Ejari/Government contract for all properties in the portfolio.

- Ensure all mandatory documents such as Passport Copy, Emirates ID, Residence visa are collected from Tenants.

- Maintain all Tenancy files with Tenant and Tenancy details in physical and cloud files.

- Follow up with Tenants for matters relating to tenancy renewals, collection of cheques etc.

- Escalate all non-standard Tenancy and Maintenance matters to Property Manager for further dealings.

- Coordinate Tenant Move Out with the Fm Team and Building watchman.

- Coordinate with Accounts department for rental related matters.

- Prepare documents for filing Legal case and forward to Property Manager for further processing with Legal department.

Essential requirements:

Property Management experience in Dubai. Should be fluent in English, Hindi/Urdu. Be able to draft professional emails, letters, building notice etc. High attention to details Should have worked on Property Management Software like Happy Tenant, Propsapce etc.
