We are seeking an experienced and strategic Property Management Director to oversee and lead our property management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the property management department including residential, commercial, and short-term rental portfolios.

Develop and implement property management strategies to increase occupancy and rental income.

Oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and compliance.

Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and monthly reporting.

Ensure all properties meet legal, safety, and quality standards.

Train, supervise, and develop a high-performing team.

Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to promote vacant properties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years experience in property management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple properties and teams effectively.

Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
