What You'll Do:
Handle warm leads only - no cold calling!
Meet property owners & present tailored offers
Secure agreements with apartment owners to let us manage their properties
Prepare deals & guide clients to closing
Build strategic partnerships with brokers and real estate
Report KPIs and support team success
What You Bring:
1.5-3 years in sales
Confident English (Upper-Intermediate+)
