Oversee end-to-end property development projects, from planning and design to completion and handover.
Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors, and consultants to ensure efficient execution.
Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and cost estimations for new developments.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
Ensure operational excellence in property maintenance, tenant relations, and facility management.
Develop and implement policies for asset management, leasing, and property performance monitoring.
Lead procurement, vendor management, and service contract negotiations.
Prepare progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property development and operations management.
Proven track record in managing large-scale property or real estate projects.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
