What You Will Do?

Close deals - whether it's off-plan, secondary, or luxury properties
Source your own leads and convert company-generated leads into clients
Guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through the full transaction process
Stay sharp with market knowledge, project launches, and legal updates
Conduct viewings, present investment opportunities, and negotiate offers like a pro
Keep your CRM updated, your follow-ups tight, and your pipeline full
Hit and exceed monthly targets
What We Are Looking For?

2+ years of Dubai real estate experience or any other sales experience
Sharp Closer - Who knows the Dubai real estate market and isn't afraid to chase high-ticket deals
Hustler - Who thrives in a competitive environment and wants to take home serious commissions every month
Solid track record in closing deals
RERA certified (or willing to get it)
UAE driving license + car
Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented
Professional, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule

Confident using CRM, portals, and other sales tools
