Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Identify and develop relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions. Property Sales: Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties, using your deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate scene to seal the deal. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and pricing strategies to offer clients expert advice and insights. Negotiation: Master the art of negotiation, ensuring both clients and sellers are happy with the terms and price. Documentation: Guide clients through every step of the buying process, from paperwork to legalities and payment plans. Targets: Consistently smash your monthly sales targets and set new records!

What we're looking for:

At least 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market Strong sales skills and a natural at negotiating Fluent in English (bonus points if you speak Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish, Spanish, French, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, or Malayalam) MUST BE RESIDING IN DUBAI A go-getter, motivated to hit those financial goals Solid understanding of the sales process and what makes buyers tick Proactive, passionate about real estate, and always putting clients first Comfortable with Microsoft Office A true team player who knows how to collaborate and get things done
