Stamford real estate brokers are looking for a young & Energetic Area Specialists with 2 years real estate experience for our office in Business bay -------------------

• Good knowledge of real estate market for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Prepare necessary paperwork contracts leases deeds closing statements etc. when required
• Create short real estate videos & contents with media team.
• Provide guidance and assist real estate sellers and buyers in purchasing property for the right price.

Requirements ------------------

• Minimum 1 year Real Estate experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Consistently meeting / Exceeding monthly targets.
• Valid UAE driving license & Vehicle. (Must)
• Well known & Strong knowledge about Laws, Rera Rules & Regulations
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• RERA Certification is an advantage.
