Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell luxury residential and commercial projects across Dubai.
Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and referral partners.
Identify client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
Negotiate deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and investment insights.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Experience in Dubai real estate
(minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Fluent in
English

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a competitive, high-performance environment.
