Job Description

Client assistance

: Help clients search properties, including off-plan options.

Market analysis

: Conduct market research to advise clients on property investments and market trends.

Property marketing

: Market properties for sale through various strategies.

Negotiation

: Negotiate sales agreements on behalf of clients.

Transaction management

: Manage the entire transaction process, from initial viewing to closing deals.

Client relationship management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Database management

: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of properties and client information.

Sales Skills:

Making calling, follow-ups marketing leads, meetings and closing deals

Target Achievements

: Meeting sales targets month on months set by company
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
