What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Understand client needs to deliver tailored property solutions.
Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate trends and market insights.
Arrange and conduct property viewings (virtual or on-site).
Negotiate deals and close successful transactions.
Prepare contracts, manage documentation, and ensure smooth handovers.
Represent Real Tree Properties at events, roadshows, and community engagements.
Maintain exceptional customer service and uphold compliance standards.
What You Bring
Minimum
One year of UAE real estate experience
.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Fluent in English
; additional languages (Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch, etc.) are a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven.
