We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to handle both
Secondary Market
and
Off-Plan
properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for providing top-tier service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors in the Dubai real estate market
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in both the secondary and off-plan segments
Conduct property viewings, market appraisals, and presentations to clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market conditions, trends, and project launches
Build strong relationships with developers and attend project launches and real estate events
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with leads and clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven real estate experience in secondary and/or off-plan sales (Dubai market)
Valid UAE driving license and own car
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
RERA certification is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
