Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with property laws, government regulations, and market trends in Abu Dhabi.
Collaborate with developers, property owners, and other agents to promote listings.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of sales experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Focused on how to generate revenue.
