The Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This includes providing guidance and advice, generating leads, and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Present properties to potential buyers or tenants and conduct site visits.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, agreements, tenancy documents, etc.).
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Negotiate with clients and close property deals that benefit all parties.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business.
Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and real estate laws in the UAE.
Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
License:
RERA certification (for Dubai-based consultants) is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
