As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while adhering to ethical and legal standards. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in the purchasing, selling, and renting of properties
- Conduct market analysis to determine property values and provide clients with accurate information
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth and successful transaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Stay updated on local and national real estate market trends and regulations
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients
- Negotiate and finalize deals in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Utilize various marketing strategies to attract potential clients and promote properties
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals to ensure a seamless process for clients
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant
- Active Real Estate Broker license (RERA)
- Strong knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software programs
- Competitive Commission Structure
- RERA Card, Residence Visa and Emirates ID
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
