Role Summary: VLAKAR Real Estate is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and leading and managing a team of sales agents and personal assistants. They should also be able to ensure regulatory compliance and conduct all transactions in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualification Summary: The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. They should have strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients. Fluency in Russian is an advantage.
