Role Summary: The Real Estate Agent is responsible for generating and closing real estate deals on behalf of VLAKAR Real Estate LLC. This includes managing assigned leads, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, securing purchase agreements, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory bodies. Commission Splits range from 50-70%, with Additional benefits on top.

Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in any field

Qualification Summary: RERA Approved Broker, Fluent in English and Russian speaking + writing, At least 10 closed and finalized deals, At least $10 million worth of properties sold over the last two years, At least 1 regular client with potential enquiries

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned leads, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, close real estate deals, secure purchase agreements
Advertise on social media, expand company\'s social presence, participate in marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies

Skills Required: Negotiation, Customer Service, Knowledge of Local Property Market

Nice to Have: Experience in the UAE market, proven track record of closed deals.
