Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai Provide tailored property solutions based on individual client needs Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently Build strong, long-term client relationships and generate leads Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and best practices Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For:

Confident, well-spoken, and ambitious individuals Sales-driven mindset with a passion for real estate Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in

English

is a must;

Russian language

proficiency is a plus UAE-based and ready to work on a

commission-only basis

Real estate experience is a plus, but

not required
