Property Consultant / Channel Partner Executive (Russian Speaker)

Job Summary

We are seeking a

motivated real estate professional

to sell

residential and commercial properties

while

establishing and managing channel partner relationships with real estate developers in Dubai

. The role focuses on

off-plan and ready projects

,

sales generation

, and

business growth through strong developer collaboration

.

Key Responsibilities

Sell off-plan and ready properties

to buyers and investors

Handle assigned clients and marketing-generated leads

Generate and follow up leads

via calls, WhatsApp, and marketing platforms

Understand client requirements

and recommend suitable properties

Conduct property viewings and project presentations

Negotiate offers and close property transactions

Build and manage channel partner relationships with real estate developers

Coordinate with developers

on inventory, pricing, commissions, and availability

Promote developer projects and new launches

to clients

Attend developer meetings, site visits, and project launch events

Maintain accurate client and deal records in CRM

Build long-term relationships

with clients and developers

Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience in real estate sales or property consulting

(

UAE experience preferred

)

Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

, including

off-plan projects

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written)

Target-driven and professional attitude

RERA certification or willingness to obtain

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of property transactions closed

Revenue generated from sales

Number of developer/channel partner relationships established

Off-plan sales performance

Lead-to-deal conversion rate
