We are currently looking for

dynamic and experienced Property Consultants

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in off-plan real estate sales and an in-depth understanding of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for off-plan properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers. Provide clients with expert guidance on off-plan investments. Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Stay informed about current market trends, property prices, and upcoming developments. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and reports. Accompany clients to site visits and property presentations. Represent the company at industry events and property exhibitions.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in off-plan property sales in Dubai. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape and off-plan projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
