Key Responsibilities
Drive property sales in the off-plan and secondary markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
Provide expert advice on property investments, pricing, and market conditions.
Negotiate effectively to close deals while ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
Expand market presence by proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for the luxury real estate sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Deal directly with company-owned properties from day 1.
