Experienced Real Estate Agent

Location: Dubai (Only)*

All Nationality*

Minimum of 1 year of Real Estate Experience*

FOR OFF-PLAN: Commission-based Only

Commission will be 60% (if closed deal from company lead)

Commission will be 80% (if closed deal from personal lead)

*COMPANY WILL GIVE THE COMMISSION AT THE SAME TIME THE SPA IS SIGNED

PROVIDE FRESH OFF-PLAN LEADS DAILY*

We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidates must be able to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions.

To be successful as a Real Estate Agent, you should be proactive and keep abreast of the latest developments in property laws.

Ultimately, an exceptional Real Estate Agent should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.

Responsibilities:

- Highly motivated and dedicated candidates willing to go the extra mile to grow in their careers and succeed.
- Candidates with the will and drive to self-discipline, self-growth, self-management, and hunger for success.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent in the luxury Dubai sector. - Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with a proven successful sales/leasing track record. Strong sales, negotiation, communication, follow-up, and closing skills.

- Focused and goal-oriented.

- English is a must, as well as a Multilingual or a secondary language (Bonus).

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 months or 1 year of Real Estate Experience
