We're Hiring: Off-Plan Experienced Property Consultants

+ Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead follow-up, and proactive calling of leads. Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competition. Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, ensuring transparency and smooth communication. Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants. Negotiate offers and finalize sales/rental agreements to achieve targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Support and advise investors on property opportunities, market trends, and investment potential. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, admin, mortgage advisors) for seamless deal closure. Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies at all times.
