We are looking to hire property consultant for selling home country properties to the NRI community of U.A.E. Roles and Responsibilities Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Identifying customers, Display and market home country Properties to NRI buyers in UAE Meeting NRI clients through various channels Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deed closing statements etc.) Closely working with developers from India Maintain and update list of home country projects. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors. Develop networks with various associations related to NRI clients. Promote sales through advertisements, references and events. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent. Prior sales experience in Bank, Luxury Sales, Insurance, Luxury Cars and retail is preferred. Should have up to date working knowledge of Real Estate market. Candidates from Mumbai preferred. Have extensive and strong sales experience. Should have a hunger for success & financial gain. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
