Classic Paramount Real Estate is currently looking for a young driven and passionate property consultant to join our company.

• Real estate sales experience in Dubai is required (A Minimum of 1-year real estate experience)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market required. (Primary, Secondary sales & leasing)
• Generating qualified leads for the company through cold calling, direct email and networking.

• Strong Lease/Sales Negotiation and Communication skills

• Must possess good knowledge of RERA / Real Estate Market
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Should have skills in handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting.
• Ability to work with targets.

• Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords.
• Prospecting properties.
• Following company procedures and being a good team player.
• Good communication to clients on phone or face to face with kind and respectful manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate Broker: 1 year (Required)
