The Role
We are looking for DUTCH SPEAKING Property Consultants to join our expanding vibrant sales team. They will be responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in it. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends and identify their needs and preferences \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide customers with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the entire sales process \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend events and property launches organized by developers \xe2\x80\xa2 Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the off-plan property value \xe2\x80\xa2 Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow proper documentation process for every transaction to ensure full compliance with the UAE real estate market rules and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote sales through available advertisement channels, open houses, events, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the marketing team and suggest new and innovative ideas for lead generation \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep up to date with market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Native, bilingual, or proficient in the Dutch language \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes and techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Real Estate experience (especially in off-plan) is highly preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with both: customers and developers \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong negotiation skills communication and persuasion skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently with great dedication \xe2\x80\xa2 Confident decision maker with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Smart presentation, negotiating, and networking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 A driving license is highly preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player
