If you have a real estate background experience with strong sales we are happy to know more about you. Also, Insurance advisor, bank sales experience, cabin crew people are welcome to apply. Responsibilities:

• Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling
• Actively be involved in the sale/rental of residential/commercial properties
• Follow proper documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.
• Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improvise.
• Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for sale as well as the rental value of a property, especially in your area of specialization.
• Qualify buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.
• Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option.

Requirements:

• Must have a driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience desirable not mandatory
• Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
• Ability to work independently with great dedication
• Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team.
• Driving license is a must.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
