Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Property Consultant with a great command of the German language to join our rapidly growing team in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the home-buying or renting process, providing expert advice, and facilitating property transactions. As we are an international company, you are expected to take ownership of serving our clients in the UAE and abroad, working alongside our talented, experienced, and diverse product development, marketing, and operations teams based out of the US and Serbia. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying their property requirements and preferences, and provide them with suitable options based on their needs and budget.
- Offer guidance and support to clients throughout the home-buying process, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Dubai\'s real estate market.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, including market conditions, financing options, and investment potential.
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and real estate professionals to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Prepare and review necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels and attract potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, properties, and sales activities.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Prior experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate sales role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market, including current market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
