We are looking for aggressive, self-motivated, professional and experienced Property Consultant to join our team. As a strategy to expand our dedicated team of Property Specialists, we are seeking highly motivated, experienced professionals for all areas of business - leasing, sales, and off-plan. STRICTLY WITH EXPERIENCE ONLY!! s:
- Establish a regularly schedule for listing residential properties via personal networking, etc.
- Engage in the sale/leasing of residential & commercial properties on behalf of owners.
- Make sure all transactions are properly documented and that compliance is in place. Keep all involved parties updated throughout the process.
- Be fully updated/familiar about the real estate market like :current pricing for rental/off-plan sale/resale values of a property, especially in your area of specialization.
- Update leads and listings on the CRM on a daily basis.
- Maintain regular contact with clients (owners, buyers, tenants, and developers)
- Provide options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without options.
- Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on merits of properties and terms of sale/rental.
- Follow-up deals, make sure all business activities and documents comply with RERA laws and practices.
- Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services with the coordination of the marketing team.
- Attend events such as exhibitions, trainings, etc
- Strong Lease/ Sales Negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive and passionate about real state

- Analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
- Excellent time management & organization skills
- A strong hold on one of the following skills in English/Arabic/Chinese/French/Russian
- Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Minimum 0-1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Dubai real estate market
- A proven track record (will be checked)
- RERA Certified will additional or have a strong willingness to do licensing
- COMPANY VISA ( On your first Deal)
