Nestwood Realty is seeking a driven and results-oriented

Property Consultant

to join our growing team. You will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering expert advice and exceptional service. This role calls for strong communication, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with purchasing, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Offer expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements. Generate, manage, and follow up on leads to expand the client base. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients. Keep updated on real estate trends, new projects, and community developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and tenants. Prepare accurate and compelling property listings. Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate or a similar sales role (real estate experience preferred). Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
