About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team, focusing on secondary and off-plan property markets. In this role, you'll take the lead in generating new leads, building strong relationships with clients, and closing high-value transactions for luxury properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai's real estate market to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Negotiation: Manage the entire sales cycle for luxury properties, from the initial client contact up to the deal closing. This includes property presentations, site visits, negotiation of terms, and contract finalization. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service. Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property valuations, and competitor activities in order to share expert advice and investment insights to clients.

Qualifications

Language: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is preferred. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong passion for real estate, with a keen interest in Dubai's off-plan developments and emerging trends. Valid UAE Driver's license is preferred
