Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients in multiple languages.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Prepare and process sales agreements, contracts, and necessary documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, trends, and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Fluency in
English
and at least one additional language (e.g., Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, Chinese).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software is a plus.
Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
