Who We're Looking For

We are hiring both

experienced real estate professionals

and

freshers

with strong sales backgrounds. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are motivated by commission, opportunity, and personal growth--this is your platform.

Key Responsibilities

Promote, list, and sell a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties. Identify and qualify client needs through effective communication and consultation. Build and manage a client database, following up consistently to close deals. Conduct viewings, property tours, and client presentations with confidence and clarity. Negotiate offers, finalize transactions, and manage documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Stay informed about market trends, project launches, and pricing strategies. Work closely with the marketing and CRM team to maximize lead conversion.

Requirements

Proven sales background

in any industry is a must -- we are only looking for people who have consistently delivered strong sales performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, ambitious, and highly motivated by results and commissions. Professional appearance and presentation. Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Must be currently residing in Dubai and available for full-time work.
