Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales or rentals while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Identify potential clients and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and marketing activities. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and provide clients with accurate information about available listings. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate offers, prepare sales agreements, and facilitate the closing process. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors. Maintain an updated database of available properties, client leads, and follow-ups. Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and competitive activities in the UAE real estate market. Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and UAE real estate regulations. Collaborate with marketing, admin, and sales teams to support business growth and meet monthly targets.

Requirements



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in UAE real estate (sales or leasing). Strong knowledge of UAE property market trends and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Professional, presentable, and confident with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office. Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Persian, French, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus. Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
