Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

- Provide valuable market insights and industry knowledge

- Respond promptly to client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Attend networking events to cultivate new business opportunities

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of experience as a Property Consultant (Sales skills are also welcome for freshers)

- Specialization in specific communities/areas is preferred

- UAE driving license is advantageous but not mandatory

- Self-motivated, punctual, with a proactive approach to providing excellent service

- Proficient in English (required) and additional languages such as Chinese, Tagalog, Russian, and Arabic (optional)

- Knowledge of property market trends
