Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with property purchases/rentals, and closing deals. This position offers a fixed basic salary along with attractive commission incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and follow up on property leads. Meet and guide clients in property viewings. Negotiate and close property sales/rentals. Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Keep updated on property listings and market trends. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Previous real estate sales experience is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
