Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Property Consultant will play a key role in building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing. Generate leads and develop a strong client database through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Conduct market research to stay updated with current property trends, prices, and competitor activities. Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential clients. Negotiate offers and finalize deals in line with company guidelines. Provide professional advice and guidance to clients regarding market conditions, legal requirements, and financing options. Prepare necessary documents, agreements, and contracts for property transactions. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and leasing targets. Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role. Strong knowledge of the local property market and current real estate trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Presentable, confident, and customer-focused. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
