Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Property Broker to join a high-energy sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing transactions, building relationships with clients, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role offers a basic salary during the initial training and ramp-up period, transitioning to a competitive commission-only structure.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Conduct property viewings and negotiations with clients. Market properties through online portals, company platforms, and social media channels. Provide accurate property information and market insights to clients. Maintain and update the client and property database. Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and legal regulations. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property sales or leasing in the UAE is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused with a positive attitude. Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and online property portals is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Presentable and professional appearance.

Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred

but not mandatory.
