Competitive commission structure:

50% commission is paid same day on secondary market transactions. Commissions for off-plan transactions are paid upon receipt from the developer.

Responsibilities

Conducting property transactions and supporting clients throughout the process Working in the CRM system Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and acquiring properties at the right price and best conditions Identify clients' needs and financial capabilities in order to offer solutions that suit them Negotiate, advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Maintain and update lists of available properties Promote sales through advertising, open days and listing services. Maintain awareness of property markets and best practice

Work Experience

Proven experience as a property broker in Dubai Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of fair housing regulations and property legislation Ability to communicate effectively with clients Familiarity with property management principles Bilingual proficiency is an advantage (English/Russian)
