About the Role:



We are seeking a proactive and organized

Property Administrator

to oversee the day-to-day management of our properties. This role is key to ensuring smooth rental operations, tenant satisfaction, and efficient building management.

Responsibilities:



Manage property listings and coordinate rentals. Administer rental contracts, renewals, and terminations. Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records. Serve as the primary contact for tenants, resolving complaints and inquiries. Oversee building maintenance, utilities, and inspections. Supervise property staff, prepare duty schedules, and ensure efficient operations. Liaise with government bodies, municipalities, and utility providers. Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and property standards.

Qualification & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in property management or administration. Strong knowledge of rental laws and contract administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
