Requirements:
Must have UAE Driving license
RERA agent ID preferred.
Maintain and record effective communications with the occupiers and stakeholders
A high level of proficiency in English (spoken and written) / Arabic is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative role in real estate.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

A Property Administrator should have strong knowledge of property law, attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with multiple Residential Buildings.
Provide all administrative Tasks to the properties, including the issuance of notices, memos, collections, customer support, and Maintenance.
Resolved customers' concerns and answered clients' inquiries..
Supervise and support property management staff, ensuring efficient operations.
Visiting all properties and ensuring maintenance compliance.
Manage the proper maintenance, repairs, and regular inspections.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and rental regulations.
Maintain records of financial transactions and coordinate with the finance team for payments.
Oversees all administrative tasks at the properties, including notices, memos, collections, and customer support.
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting the buildings.
Monitored sales and Inventory reports regularly.
Prepare management reports/information on time
Coordinate with the finance department for the payment reports.
Analysed financial and statistical reports monthly.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules and regulations, and applying the same while performing the renewal, cancellation of tenancy contracts in Sharjah and Dubai UAE.
Collaborate with accounts to ensure accurate rent collection, invoicing, and financial records.
Manage and oversee maintenance KPIs and monthly income.
Coordinate with tenants and landlords, and attend meetings when needed.
