We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Property Administrator
fluent in
English and Arabic
to support our property operations. Candidates with
a minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or hospitality
are preferred, however,
freshers with a degree in hospitality management are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks related to properties.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in both Arabic and English.
Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Enter client inquiries and leads into the CRM/property management software.
Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
Support the property and leasing teams with reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Fluency in
both English and Arabic
(written and spoken) is
mandatory
.
Minimum 1 year of experience
in real estate or hospitality is preferred.
Fresh graduates
with a
degree/diploma in hospitality management
may also apply.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of UAE real estate procedures is an advantage (not mandatry).
Must be
available to join immediately
