Job Summary:



We are hiring a

Property Administrator

with a

real estate background

and hands-on

property management experience

. The role involves administrative support, tenant coordination, and assisting in day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle tenant inquiries, lease documentation, and renewals. Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups with service providers. Maintain property records, contracts, and payment schedules. Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and payment follow-ups. Support property managers in inspections and compliance tasks.

Requirements:



2-4 years of experience in real estate or property management. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Knowledge of lease agreements and tenancy laws in the UAE. Proficient in MS Office; experience with property management software is a plus. Good communication skills in English
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
