Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management. : We are looking for Projects Operations Specialist with a track record of creating and streamlining processes and procedures across organisations to join our team in Dubai. Key Accountabilities and Activities:

• Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, probationary process reviews and employee evaluations for the team
• Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management for the team
• Provide weekly mobilization updates to the Talent Acquisition Team
• Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed
• Responsible for flight and hotel bookings, team accommodation and transportation
• Responsible for team KSA Visa applications and renewals
• Liaise with KSA suppliers and updating of expense tracker
• Provide administrative and organisational support for project activities
• Stay up to date and ensure compliance with all related legislature/employment law
• Source, negotiate and set up contracts with the suppliers
• Single point of contact for staff with regards to operational queries

The ideal candidate fits the below profile:

• Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels
• 3 years experience supporting mobilisations in the Middle east preferable in KSA
• Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organisation and externally
• Bachelors Degree
• Proven ability to problem solve, use initiative and make decisions in a fast paced environment
• Good knowledge of technology to support business management
